This policy applies to customer information we collect on our website, tradeshows, craftshows, and retail sales.

    a.  Transactions on our website or through retail sales
    b.  Forms completed on our website and during shows
    c.  Collected automatically from our website, such as through cookies.

 a. Spider Ceramics Inc. does not sell or rent your information.
 b. We may use the information that you provide to improve our product or services, create new products, or discontinue other products.  
 c. We may disclose your personal information to a third party only under the following limited circumstances:
     i.  with service providers or suppliers that help us with our business operations.  
     ii.  with your consent.
     iii. when necessary to protect the safety, property, or other rights of Spider Ceramics Inc. and its customers or when otherwise required by law. 

Mobile Application Privacy:

At this time we are not collecting personal information about your mobile device.  We do collect information from a sales transaction that you conduct from your mobile device.  This information applies to the same privacy policy as our website.

Personal information we may collect during a sales transaction or through a form you complete may include the following:

    b.  Information to comply with legal regulations
    c.  Payment information

Automated Information Collection:

We currently do not use cookies or internet protocol address to identify you on our website, as a reoccuring customer. 

We do use web beacons to see which pages are being visited most often.

Marketing Information Collection:

At this time we do not offer newsletters, special offers, or coupons through the use of your email or personal information.  These are currently only provided at trade shows or craft shows. 

Credit Offerings or Advertising:

We respectively decline in sending or calling you regarding ads from 3rd party companies or associations, like credit card offers.

How We Secure Your Information:

We used repetitable 3rd parties to collect your personal information during a payment transaction.  Like Google Checkout and Authorize.net. We hope in the future to be able to offer you the option of Paypal as well.  We use SSL which protects your information as it transmits over the internet to keep it secure.  When the website is secure you will see a closed lock appear in the browser information.   

Document Control:

Hard Copies:  Only information needed for packing lists is converted into hard copy format.  This information is not stored in hard copy but in electronic format.  The hard copy is mailed with the product that is shipped. 
Electronic Copies:  All information is stored electronically.  All payment information is stored by the 3rd parties.  Packaging and shipping information is stored in our databases for use of future inquiries or returns. 
When disposed of, sensitive information, is shredded, destroyed, erased, or otherwise made unreadable.
